Why Did We Start?
The Tinnitus Guy wax removal service has been set up to meet a desperate need. Ear wax removal is an essential service which is required as a pre-requisite for many audiological procedures. ​

Historically the NHS would customarily provide this service, but in the last few years, many GP practices have stopped doing this. This has left many people suffering unnecessarily from the effect of impacted wax, which include hearing loss, tinnitus and pain to name but a few.

Aware of how delicate and essential our hearing is, the Tinnitus Guy team has set up this service. Unlike many similar services, we pride ourselves on our experienced practitioners being Audiologists with many years of experience in the NHS.

We use only the very best endoscopic camera-based technology to ensure the safest and most thorough procedure is completed. Our staff are caring and approachable, and their professionalism will ease your nerves.

Going the Extra Mile
Our staff are caring and approachable, and their professionalism will ease your nerves. We also provide an aftercare service free of charge for clients that have particularly stubborn wax that may need a second appointment to completely be removed.
We additionally can provide you with a range of custom ear moulds to help protect sensitive ears from water damage and infections as well as noise protection.
