The Appointment Policy

Welcome to our ear wax removal clinical services. The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing our appointments. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Consultation Fee: Our clinic charges a consultation fee of £35 for individuals who do not have ear wax present a the appointment. 

2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change at the last minute, but we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of £35

3. Children's Appointments: Children's appointments are booked under the assumption that the parent or guardian feels confident that the child will be able to comply with the procedure. In the event that the child is non-compliant, we will charge a minimal fee of £64.95.
