Overview

Patients attending their ear wax removal appointment for the essential service are offered the opportunity to secure a discounted future appointment for two ears within 12 months by paying a deposit of £35 on the day of their initial appointment. This offer allows the patient to receive two ear wax removals for the price of one. Instead of paying £95, they will pay £64.95 for two ears, provided the following terms and conditions are met.

Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit Payment:

   • Patients must pay a non-refundable £35 deposit on the day of their initial appointment to secure the offer.

   • The deposit will be applied towards the discounted price of £64.95 for a future appointment covering two ears.

2. Redemption Period:

   • The discounted appointment must be booked and attended within 12 months from the date of receiving the confirmation email.

   • Failure to redeem the appointment within this period will result in the loss of the discounted price, but the deposit will still be held for future use.

3. Booking After 12 Months:

   • If the appointment is not redeemed within 12 months, the £35 deposit will still apply, but the next ear wax removal appointment will be charged at the full price of £95 for two ears.
