The Premium Service T&C's

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Premium 24/7 Audiologist Service provided by The Tinnitus Guy (TTG). By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms:

Service Duration

​

The Premium 24/7 Audiologist Service is a 12-month subscription-based service. The service commences on the date of the booking and will remain active for one calendar year.

​

Unlimited Call-Outs

​

Subscribers are entitled to unlimited call-outs during the 12-month subscription. Call-outs must be booked through the designated TTG communication channels (phone, email, or website). TTG guarantees a response within 12 hours, 24/7, throughout the year.

​

Dedicated Audiologist

​

Each subscriber will be assigned a dedicated audiologist who will manage their hearing care. While we aim to provide continuity, in the event of illness or leave, a qualified replacement audiologist will be appointed.

​

Ear Care Oil Delivery

​

TTG will deliver a supply of ear care oil on a monthly basis to the subscriber's registered address. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure their address is kept up to date with TTG.

​

Pre-Appointment Oiling Service

​

Before any treatment appointment, TTG offers a pre-oiling service, where a team member will visit the subscriber’s home to apply ear oil. This service is available only for appointments scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are excluded from this service.

Ear Health Checks

​

Subscribers will receive a full ear health check every three months. These checks include otoscopy, diagnostic hearing tests, and wax removal if required. Subscribers are encouraged to attend these checks to ensure optimal ear health.

​

Hearing Aid Maintenance

​

All routine hearing aid maintenance is included in the subscription. This covers cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs. Any major repairs requiring external support will be discussed, and additional charges may apply.

Onward Referral Management

​

TTG will handle all referrals to other healthcare professionals if needed. TTG will make reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth transition to external care, but TTG is not responsible for any external services.

​

Luxury Self-Care Kit

​

Subscribers will receive a complimentary luxury self-care kit at the start of their subscription. This kit is provided once per subscription period and is not replaced if lost or damaged.

​

Communication with Loved Ones

​

Subscribers can nominate a family member or loved one to receive regular updates on their ear health. TTG will ensure open communication but will only share information with the subscriber’s consent.

​

Privacy and Data Protection

​

TTG will collect and store personal and medical data as required to provide the service. All data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and TTG's privacy policy. TTG will not share personal data with third parties without the subscriber’s consent, except where legally required.

​

Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

Subscribers can cancel or reschedule any appointment without penalty, provided 24 hours' notice is given. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee.

​

Liability

​

TTG will provide all services with reasonable care and skill. However, TTG is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from failure to meet any service commitments due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, etc.).

Payment and Renewal

​

The Premium 24/7 Audiologist Service requires full payment upfront or via agreed monthly instalments. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Subscribers will be contacted before the subscription ends with an option to renew for another year.

Changes to Terms

​

TTG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service will imply acceptance of the updated terms. TTG is committed to continually expanding our services to provide even more value for your subscription. Any future services added will automatically be included for those who already have a subscription, ensuring you always receive the best care and benefits.

Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
