We take a detailed impression of each ear and have bespoke moulds manufactured to match exactly. Because they’re built to your anatomy, they seal properly, stay put and stay comfortable for hours.
Options include swim plugs, sleep plugs, motorsport and shooting protection, musicians’ filtered plugs and moulds for hearing devices — we’ll advise on the right type for you.

We examine your ears and clear any wax so the impression is clean and accurate.

A soft material sets gently in each ear for a few minutes to capture the exact shape.
