Complaints Procedure
If something isn’t right
Last updated: 13 July 2026
We aim to give every patient a straightforward, honest experience. If we’ve fallen short, we want to know — it’s the only way we can put things right and do better.
Step 1 — talk to us directly
Most concerns are best sorted with a conversation. Call us on 0121 517 1140 or email admin@thetinnitusguy.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it there and then.
Step 2 — make a formal complaint
If you’d rather raise something formally, or Step 1 hasn’t resolved it, please email admin@thetinnitusguy.com with details of what happened and what you’d like to see happen next. Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We’ll look into it properly, which may mean asking you a few follow-up questions.
- We’ll respond in full within 20 working days, explaining what we found and any action we’re taking. If it’s going to take longer, we’ll tell you why and give you a new timeframe.
Step 3 — if you’re still not satisfied
Nasir Rashid is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is on an Accredited Register with the Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS), under a scheme overseen by the Professional Standards Authority. If you feel your complaint hasn’t been resolved satisfactorily through the steps above, you’re entitled to raise it with these bodies directly:
- HCPC — for concerns about a registrant’s fitness to practise: hcpc-uk.org
- AHCS — for concerns relating to the Accredited Register: ahcs.ac.uk
